Ticket Sales

The London 2012 Olympic ticket sales is open from march 15th untill april 26th 11.59pm (GMT). There is no advantage to submitting your application on the first day or the last day. 

You need to be aged 16 and over and a resident of the UK or a designated European country to apply for tickets on the official London 2012 ticketing website. Also you might be able to apply for tickets via your National Olympic Committee (NOC) or their appointed Authorised Ticket Reseller (ATR). For the Netherlands this is ATP Event Experts.

To apply for tickets via the official London 2012 ticketing website you have to:
- Create an account online
- Decide which tickets you would like to apply for
- Submit your application

Next steps: Your application will be processed and, if successful, payment will be taken. Where demand exceeds supply a ballot will be used. A notification will be sent to confirm which tickets you have been allocated.
